Old Town Fort Collins continues to be among the most desirable neighborhoods for home buyers, and home sales so far in 2017 have been good - there have been 35 homes sold, ranging in price from a low of $256,000 to a high of $1,250,000, with a median price of $448,000 and an average price of $501,838. Market performance was good, with an average days to offer of 34 days and an average days on market of 67 days. The sale price/list price ratio for these 35 homes was 94.8%. Old Town homes typically sell at a premium over similar homes in other parts of the city.
