Hi Dick -- the low inventory blues certainly seems to be the status quo in many communities and the song is getting rather old.  Despite the lack of homes available for sale, the sales performance data remains impressive which hopefully will prompt some Westchase homeowners to consider contacting you to find out about the possibilities should they be ready to make a move.
