The information in this study covers data as of the end of April 2008. New active listings dropped off a bit in April. Sold properties in April bumped up from the first few months of the year but are still well below the April 2007 numbers: Median sales prices had a strong April, but with the low number of sales, may be an aberration (we'll know more next month): The median days on market for sold properties also pulled back slightly in April, a good sign:With the days on market and median sales prices showing some strength, I was surprised to see that the median price per square foot numbers were down a bit in April.


It looks like with all the new construction, additions, etc, buyers have been getting more for their money in the past few quarters!
