The Anthem Parkside real estate market continued to plug along in March. Home sales were up 10% over February, and up 20% from last year. The average sale price continued to move up, 6% over last year. And the average price per square foot rose 10% year over year for the Parkside. The average days on market decreased dramatically, 40% from February and decreased 34% year over year. The inventory of homes on the market is at 2.32 month’s supply, a strong seller’s market. The 12 month moving average, $289,954 is up 6% from last year, a nice steady rate of appreciation. And the number of homes currently on the market is 100, while the number of homes currently under contract in the Parkside is 76. Overall the market is strong and looking good during our prime selling season.
