Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory - April 9 - 15, 2017

Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY during the second full week of April. Inventory levels are slowly rising and currently available inventory increased from 98 to 103 during the past few weeks. This is still relatively low level of inventory for the Monroe NY area.

The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory this week were:

3 East Barnett Road, MLS #4715836, listed at $249,000. This three bedroom, two bath ranch home with nearly 1,300 square feet is located on ~half acre of property. The home includes a one car garage, central air conditioning, hardwood flooring, a master bedroom with private bath and backyard deck.The house is centrally located and is close to everything Monroe has to offer.

244 Dug Road, MLS #4715489, listed at $289,900. This four bedroom, two and a half bath colonial home has ~2,000 square feet. The home includes a kitchen with maplewood cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are hardwood floors, a fireplace and wood stove, and a rear deck that overlooks a small stream on more than three quarters of an acre of property.

64 Bayberry Drive, MLS #4714932, listed at $329,900. This bi-level raised ranch home has four bedrooms and three baths in 2,500 square feet of living space. The home sits on two acres and includes hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and a finished walkout lower level.

10 Orchard Street, MLS #4715710, listed at $329,900. This ~2,000 square foot bi-level ranch home is situated on nearly three quarters of an acre of land. The three bedroom, three bath home comes with central air conditioning, a two car garage, an open floor plan, kitchen with maple cabinets and granite counters with a central island and breakfast bar. There are hardwood floors inside and a pool and deck out. The basement is finished and attic is accessible via pull-down stairs.

71 Carol Drive, MLS #4715161, listed at $364,900. This bi-level ranch home with four bedrooms, three baths in ~2,400 square feet of living space sits on nearly an acre of property. There are three heating zones, central air conditioning, and lots of natural light. The home includes a kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood floors, updated bathrooms and private backyard.
