Bridges is a nonprofit organization that provides free and confidential services to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, teen dating violence, child sexual abuse, elder abuse, stalking, and harassment. We provide crisis intervention, emergency shelter, court advocacy, support groups, and education and outreach to both women and men.

Bridges is supported by the United Way and is a member of the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence.

I have been on the Board of Directors of Bridges since 2014. During that time I have seen a lot....and we have helped far more people than I ever would have imagined needed help... prior to my association with Bridges. In other words Bridges provides mission critical services for people who have been tragically effected by circumstances totally out of their control. It is an honor for me to participate in such an organization.

Being a Volunteer

You can also donate your time by volunteering directly for our agency! We rely on the work of our tireless and committed volunteer core. They assist us in staffing our 24-hour crisis line, providing court advocacy, helping out at the offices, visiting schools, community outreach, and planning special events.
