That's right! We're now offering programs where you can keep even more capital by moving your usual up front points to exit points. This means that all origination costs that you usually pay up front you don't have to pay now. Just pay third party fees and standard closing costs. 

We still offer up to 90% of the purchase price + 100% of the rehab costs for our clients. These programs have always been super aggressive where clients only needed to bring a 10% down payment down (if qualified) plus their origination costs and 3rd party fees. Now we've lowered the amount you need to bring in even lower with our special exit points feature.
