Stress is Rooted in Your Thinking

“Remember that stress doesn’t come from what’s going

on in your life. It comes from your thoughts

about what’s going on in your life.”

Andrew Bernstien, Author and Professor

As I see it . . . . . . .

Stress is rooted in your thinking

What’s going on in your life is a condition. As we know from our life experiences . . . . there will be great conditions that come into our life that bring great joy . . . . happiness . . . . and prosperity.

There will also conditions that being sorry . . . . lost . . . . missed goals . . . . setbacks . . . . and yes failure.

The conditions good or bad are there . . . . and we have look at them as they are . . . . to get the best from the condition.

The real stress in doesn’t come from the condition. Stress is created in how we look at the condition . . . . and from your thinking.

When you recognize the condition for what it is . . . . and you look at the condition with mindset to work your way the condition the best you can. You’re now looking at the condition through the prism of finding the solution to the condition.

Focusing on the condition creates stress in your thinking . . . . Focusing your thinking on the solution keeps you focused on finding the answers to the condition.

Stress is rooted in your thinking . . . . Clear your thinking to focus on answers . . . . and in the answers you will reduce the stress.

Stress is always going to be a part of our lives and we certainly have to learn to deal with it, suppress it and not over think things that bring more stress upon us.

Good advice again, always good to look at a situation as an opportunity rather than a problem. I always ciunsel clients when something happens such as losing a house they want, something better is coming along, this just helped to give us guidance what you want.

Thinking can be quite powerful.  Over-thinking can be quite perplexing.  Maintaining balance is key.   Did I say "always"?
