FMLS New Listing Changes -
Read All About It!
The only constant is that things keep changing.
FMLS added a new system this year called rDocs. The promise of rDocs is easier and faster input, clear Client records and much more. Of course, that is after the learning curve kicks in for the user!
Here are the first few steps for Adding Documents using the new process. Login to FMLS and click on Matrix. Next click on the Add/Edit tab.
The Listing Information may be added here. Now on to Documents.
(These instructions are for adding documents to a new listing that you have not previously created a tile for in rDocs.)
Follow these steps:
1. Complete adding your listing using Matrix Add/Edit.
2. From the Input Succeeded screen, click on the link Upload Documents. Click this link…. This saves your listing; the screen does not change.
3. Hover over the Add/Edit tab.
4. Select Add/Edit Documents from the drop down.
The My Editable Listings screen opens. The screen shows the listings that you may edit and icons for the various editing features.
5. For the listing to which you wish to add documents,
click the Add/Edit Document icon in the grid.
From here your Documents may be uploaded.
