Why building a team is crucial

Building a Real Estate Team is crucial to my success as a Real Estate Agent. It helps provide leverage and it can take my business to another level. I have hired an assistant and a Buyer's Agent. The Buyer's agent works exclusively with potential buyers-reaching out, following up, home tours, explaining agreements of sale, explaining the inspection and appraisal process, and helping new home buyers navigate the entire process. This is extremely helpful to me because I am solely a listing agent and I work better with maniac prospecting for new homes to list. My team member is able to fill in the gap and tap into the need of buyer;s that, in the past, had consumed a lot of my time.

My assistant is helpful with handling all the paperwork for my many deals which again frees up my time to continue to maniac prospect.

I am reaching out the Activerain community for systems and ideas that can take my team to the next level in sales. My goal is to reach $10 million in sales volume or 60-75 settled units.

Thanks for reading my post and I look forward to any comments or advice.

Being on a team has huge advantages for the team member. In many cases, the team owner provides the team member a steady flow of leads, in-house administrative staff, a website, a CRM, training, mentoring, coaching, and more. The team member can focus on her/his clients and does not have to worry about weekly or monthly financial obligations to pay staff, pay for lead generation and CRM platforms. The team owner also bears the cost and time of researching and experimenting with evolving technology and work methods needed to stay competitive.
