As there is an influx of people arriving in Bozeman, there seems to be a shortage of houses available. Up and coming condo developments seem to be the new trend in Bozeman as they allow housing for a lot of people at a fraction of the price (unless you’re 5 West and want a spectacular view and location for a lofty price- no pun intended). We have listed 8 new developments we think you should know about!
1. Sobo Loft Condos
These condos are being built on the old Pizza Hut site on Babcock directly across from Haufbrau (can you say perfect location?!) These lofts will be used as a mixed use building with commercial space and parking on the bottom and 42 single bedroom units on top!
2. The Nebo Lofts
These lofts are currently for sale on E Mendenhall. They combine beautiful architecture with a modern feel, open floor plan and perfect location! 3. Hawthorne Place Condos

5. Aspen Meadows
If you are interested in renting, this may be a good option! These apartments are located on Oak Street and they have a total of 43 low income units. 10 of these units are set aside with rent that is lower than the rent/ income ceiling. There are 1 to 3 bedroom units.
