Due to recent severe Hail Storms Stone Hill Farms many property owners were hit with hail damage. Owners need to go through the proper channels with the Property Owner Association and work with their Insurance Companies before contractors begin work. There are color restrictions for Stone Hill Farms. The Home Owner Association has two different shingle brands (Landmark and Timberline HD) color samples.
