Interesting to see that the way most of us communicate today is only 25 years old...It makes you think doesn't? What was the world before social media?
Communication before social media actually supported people showing up, spending time interrupted, enjoying eye to eye conversation, expressing themselves through voice and body language where words sometimes was not needed at all.
Since, based on studies done by psychologists, communication is composed of 55% body language, 38% voice tone and only 7% based on spoken words, it is easy to realize why there is so much lost in wrongful interpretation, confusion dominates our society today. We have become addicted to using the worst way of communication.
If we truly want to connect with others, we then must disconnect from the little square we have attached to our body and through which you see life passing us by.
How are you communicating with loved ones, partners, business associates and the world around you? Is your message being heard or getting lost between commas and empty spaces?
