Developing a Strategy and Implementing it!
Often times sales people can spend too much time on things that won't impact their business. I can ask an agent 5 or 6 questions and know how successful they've been and will be.  normally find out as much as I can about their business, this usually gives me a good  such as:

  • Business mix - How is your business generated (referrals, marketing, signs, ads) - what's working for you

  • Monthly average sales by dollar volume

  • Average commission per deal

  • How are you spending your time each day

  • What their objective is when they make a phone or office call

  • What the objective is when they advertise

Don't be stuck doing business "by the seat of your pants"!  Create an Intentional Marketing Plan and develop an implementation strategy and accountability program that will work to increase your business.
