Hi Dick - that's another impressive sale-to-list price statistic for the condo and townhome segment of the Loveland real estate market.  The pending number is particularly noteworthy as well.  

While it looks as if inventory levels remain a concern - those interested in making a move in your area will be more knowledgable and prepared for success when they align themselves with you and Mary for their representation.
