Chef Dolores served a limited edition black tea as my blogging beverage.

Ginger Peach Chocolate Truffle is a Longevity Anniversary Tea to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the founding of The Republic of Tea. This is a black tea with cocoa, herbs and spices.
