You hit it right on the head about the SoCal lifestyle, Jeff! @Kathy Streib always has such wonderfully informative blogs.
I liked Kathy Streib tips as well. For us agents who sell in California (and Florida or Hawaii), the outdoors is very important. That photo of yours is very inviting. I would love to relax in that backyard. Of course, our main problem in Sacramento is much of the time it is too darned hot to sit outside.

Hi Sharon Lee - we are fortunate to have Kathy's expertise! I loved this back yard and entertaining space. We attended a catered dinner there for 100. It was perfect!

I like being by the coast so we rarely get weather too hot for being outside. And it still cools down in the later afternoon and evening due to the ocean breeezes, except with the Santa Anas.
