Over the past 3 years, both homes and condominiums have steadily increased in market value.  At a normal, inflationary pace. 

Nothing crazy going on in Maui, folks.  Just a steady, normal pace of increase in home values.  Fairly stable market, in general.



Average Days on Market vary from 100 to 122, depending on property type.  That is very normal for Maui, since we have a high percentage of vacation and 2nd homes on the island.  With that in the mix, people take their time when it comes to purchasing.


There are some REALLY good deals to be had in the Maui market.  Some very good numbers on investment properties with a high cash positive status.
