Hi there!

This is the first of many posts to come on Active Rain. The goal is to create a forum with a plethora of useful information about Southwest Florida, the real estate market and trends and some light hearted stories. Open to questions and suggestions anytime!

About Ryan:

Born in Orlando, raised in Wisconsin (not a Packers fan), with a few colleges and professional starts, haven't looked back since landing in Naples in 2004! Naples is unique in so many ways from the gorgeous weather, miles of white sandy beaches, hence (White Sands Realty), the aesthetics of Naples communities and roadways, and many more positives that are too long to list for a blog. Naples is a little big town as the area is big enough without being suffocated by high rises and insane traffic but yet small enough to offer a personal connection within the community.

Naples is truly a unique place for permanent residents, snowbirds, and seasonal vacationers!
