95% Jumbo Financing:

  • Max loan limits are $1,500,000 -  5% down payment
  • 700 credit scores required for all 95% options
  • No financial hardships in the previous 5 years

 

90% Jumbo Financing:

  • Max loan limits are $2,500,000 - 10% down payment
  • 720 credit score required when financing over 1.5mil

 

Borrowers should be aware of the following:

  • All the Jumbo financing options listed above are full documentation only. Income (2 years) and assets needed to qualify will be documented. 
  • The Jumbo program options above are exclusively for primary homes. However, vacation homes are allowed with greater down payment.  Investment homes are not permitted.
  • Single family homes, most condos, and townhomes approved.
  • Options include both fixed interest rate, adjustable rate ARM, single loan or combo 80-15, 80-10 loans.
  • Most jumbo options above 80% loan to value do NOT require monthly mortgage insurance - PMI.
  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens
