As we head into the summer months the Phoenix Housing Market Upudate, April 2017 is picking up speed and inventory is dropping.  Currently there are 18, 216 homes and condos for sale on our Arizona Regional MLS.

Currently, it takes about 78 days for a home to sell in Maricopa County for this Phoenix Housing Market Update, April 2017.  This is across the board so if you are seeing this and want more specific city and zip code information, please contact me.

Prices are still climbing in Phoenix.   Currently, the Median Sales price is $239,900. Remember that Maricopa County is almost 500 square miles so this is a lot of area to cover and price ranges can vary widely.

As summer approaches, inventory begins to drop and the Months Supply graph reflects that fact.  Each summer you can see the cycle of reducing inventory.
