It happens every year at this time, the Bellefonte Arts Festival in "Funny, funky little Bellefonte Delaware." I was just down on Brandywine Boulevard and could see the merchants getting ready and putting out signs.
But the big change will be this Saturday, May 20, 2017, when they close off the Boulevard and merchants with all kinds of goods, plus food 
wagons will be tempting you with their wares.
Of course, all the regulars will be open--from Bellefonte Vintage to Bellefonte Arts and JPT Chair Caning, Etc., to Eclectica and the Bellefonte Cafe.
