New condo construction in Naples, Florida is really heating up! If there was ever a real estate market in Naples, Florida developing behind demand, it's this one! Currently, there are 3 projects on the ground after a seven-year hiatus and response has been somewhat awesome!
What's spurring the success of these new developments? Value and lack of inventory!
My latest Naples Florida blog post talks about:
- Aqua Naples
- Kalea Bay
- Mystique at Pelican Bay
- One Naples at Vanderbilt Beach
- Ritz Carlton exploratory study on Vanderbilt Beach
Aqua only has 7 units left, the building was certified for occupancy last week and you can see the amazing models there sans hard hat! Whoohooo!
Kalea Bay only has just a handful of properties left in the first building with over 30 reservations taken on building two. Models are open Tuesdays and Thursdays with some very swanky, unique features to check out. Let me just say the rooftop amenities are ridiculously amazing!
Mystique representatives say they got their Notice of Commencement and they're going to start construction in about two more weeks. They had six more reservations during the past 6 weeks.
Excitement is building for One Naples, at Vanderbilt Beach. This is a new condo development by STOCK Construction in the works attracting both positive and skeptical reviews at the neighborhood meeting last week. Currently, they're entertaining a 300 unit development with space for a restaurant, coffee shop and real estate office. It will be very interesting to see if this one gets approved.
The Ritz Carlton exploratory project is causing quite a stir with neighboring Bay Colony residents and Vanderbilt Beach residents alike. It will be very curious to see what transpires on this one! Residents at the Pelican Bay board meeting last Friday are showing concern.
If you're in the market for a new condo or already own one in the Pelican Bay, Bay Colony and Vanderbilt Beach location, you definitely want to read this full post and sign up for my Naples real estate blog to stay up to date with the news on all of these projects!
