Memorial Day and Operation Gratitude

            At Keller Williams Realty Landmark, we are all about giving back. With Memorial Day right around the corner, what better way to honor our veterans then by giving back and paying it forward?  Memorial Day isn’t just another day off of work and time to party and celebrate! It’s about remember and honoring those who served unconditionally.  For the next two weeks, we are collecting items we can send overseas to the troops who are serving our country at this very moment. Until Friday, May 26th, we are accepting any of the following items:

• Knit or Crocheted (Scarves and Hats) 
• Cool-Ties/Bandana Coolers (Make Cool Ties)
• Paracord Survival Bracelets
• Beanie Babies or other Small Plush Toys (6 Inches or smaller)
• Hand Sanitizer (1 to 3 Ounce Size)
• Socks (Preferably Black, Brown, Green, Tan; Not White)
• Drink Mix Packets (Single Serve, Kool-Aid, Crystal Light, etc.)
• Gum
• Lip Balm (with Extra Seal)
• Mouthwash (Travel Size)
• Tissue (Individual Packets)
• Q-Tips (Travel Size Packets)
• Moist Towelettes (Individual Packets)
• Sunscreen – Travel size, Non-Aerosol
• Travel-size Toiletries (Shampoo, Body Wash, Lotion)

• Batteries – 4 packs “AA,” “AAA”

All donations collected will be going to Operation Gratitude, an organization who specialize in assisting; Deployed Troops, New Recruits, Veterans, First Responders, Wounded Heroes and their Care Givers.
