Providing a chronological series of photos and updates on construction is a requirement, when it comes to marketing a new home. There are potential buyers who visit the site but are not able to get there every day.
It’s important to keep them in the loop and totally updated, as the property is developed, and then the home constructed. We are in the early stage of lot development. The lot is totally cleared. Trees have been left in the perimeter for privacy, and there is plenty of land for a future, well-groomed yard for family to use.
The day the lumber is dropped on the lot for the framers to begin construction is an exciting day. To watch the skeleton of the dwelling come together is the magnet that attracts potential buyers and their buyer agents.
The bones of the house is how it begins, and all of the layers of this home will be photographed. Our marketing is a chronicle of how each home evolves. The Listing Agents take the photos, and I market with them. A team that works as a team.
