Amorization Table - Joke at the Table

I was in a closing, my client was the buyer, she is in her 20's.    I am 57, and the sellers agent also in his 20's.

The Closer gives the amorization table to the buyer, and says your home will be paid off in 2047.  I looked at her and said, so when you pay it off in 2047 and you want to resell it "I'LL BE DEAD", just joking around.

The sellers agent immediately said, "Here let me give you my card"..........      I can still hear the laughter in the room, it was hilarious!!!!
