According to their website, they have had this process in place for over 40 years. They only need the one key to get into the box itself. Then the homeowners' keys are in the box for property access. It's the same process they use to get into gated communities.

Personally, I think they are great gifts, especially for older clients. When I read about the slip and fall statistics, this gift really makes sense. This would work well in conjunction with a life alert device.
