Even Ducks Try to Walk on Water

Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Professionals, CT 203-206-0754 REB.0759001

As I was entering a park in Watertown CT this week, I noticed what appeared to be a pair of ducks standing on the water of a lake. I knew this was odd, as ducks take to water quite well, but to be able to walk on it is extraordinary.

A couple of hours later, as I was leaving the park, the ducks were no longer at that spot, but the answer was revealed.

The ducks had placed just enough weight on a support float to make it sink and give the appearance of them standing on water.

Ss with so many things in life, things are not always what they appear to be.

You had me going there for a minute, Ed. But the underlying message of your post is so true... that not all things in life are what they might appear to be.
