Honoring those who Serve-Memorial Day
Many of you know from my mother's (Carole Provenzale) past post that her father Peter F. Provenzale served as a Navigator on the B-17 Bomber during WW2. Here is a breif post to honor him and the crew that flew with him.

During his first mission, B-17 Navigator Peter F. Provenzale was struck by bullets but, continued to defend his crew. The airplane was damaged beyond repair. Nose damage, controls were to ruined, inboard engine shot out and radios were inoperative.

I pray our future generations will no longer need such armory.
