My military clients get reat treatment from me.  There is also a discount  for them.

I wonder with her expecting you to say or if they think that you're going to insult them or something. It's very strange they would even have to ask that.

Great to see that you understand the issues regarding military families and real estate.  Having been born into the Air Force and attended 9 schools in my 12 years of primary education, you can see we moved A LOT.

I spent 20 years in the Navy and still recall the first agent I worked with about 40 years ago...he was a veteran and he treated vets like they were special.  Of course, they are! 

On a personal level, I wholeheartedly agree in serving our vets with the amount of dedication they serve us. If you're a real estate agent in NC, you'll understand the significance of this economically as well as emotionally. The state of North Carolina contains the third most veterans in the U.S. Therefore, it is crucial that all of our industries (in NC, but also everywhere), are providing the services they need and deserve.

I too am ex-military and have helped soldiers buy homes. I even referred a military family who bought a home in North Carolina late 2016.

Military is a unique niche and I'm glad they have an expert like Karen Fiddler, Broker/Owner to help them with buying or selling!
