It's been a long time (since the Kerrie days) when we had a Cloudburst Contest. I think it's time to bring one back and couple it with some mighty tempting bonus points for those that are willing to take the challenge.

We recognize it has been a difficult few weeks for many of you with the photo upload in its hiccup state. Posting photos had members inventing workarounds but now things are back in order and time to get back to business. We are sorry for all the inconvenience it caused.

Let's put the blogging pedal to the metal so it will send you into the last half of the year with SEO rewards. That means you will reap the business and additional results that come from good blogging practices.

So here's the challenge, write 25 business related posts in June. They can be market reports, FAQ posts, neighborhood features, real estate business topics, advice to buyers or sellers, about listings or other business topics. Include a photo to make it look sharp and try if you dare to include a feature photo though it will not count against you if you don't use a feature photo. Add some relative links and make your posts 300 words or more to get the most benefit. 

Spread them throughout the month to get your blogging cadence into rhythm. You will be able to include in your 25 count total the posts you write for the other June Contests. BLiz is hosting one about neighborhoods and Anna Banana is hosting a FAQ contest. Be sure to check those out. If you are successful with writing and posting 25 of these business related posts, you will be awarded 5,000 points for this challenge. No partial points will be given for completing a only a portion of the challenge.

Sorry but wordless posts, recipes, quotes and non-business related posts will not count in the total for this challenge.   

Once you're done, please submit in a comment below on this post that you have completed the challenge.  Your 5000 points will be awarded in early July. Contest ends at midnight Pacific Time on June 30.
