Market report Cape Coral gulf access homes June 1st 2017

The average selling prices for Cape Coral gulf access homes singles homes have gone up quite steadily in the last year up to June 1st 2017. 

The only calculations where we have a lower  monthly average is $ 849K in April 2017  vs April 2016
which is minus 2.76% and the medium price which is 1.1% less then last year at $450K.

Otherwise we have had an increase of value of medium sold prices for gulf access homes in the last 12 months going up from around 8% to 33%. For Cape Coral sold homes in last 12 months. 

So the conclusion? Cape Coral Real estate market  is healthy. I would say even strong.
