Here is the Real Estate activity for Hastings Farms for the month of May 2017:

The number of Homes Sold: 7

The Average List price: $329,075

The Average Sold price: $326,883

The Average Sold Price per Square Foot: $115

The Average Square Footage: 3314

The Average Days on Market: 38

 

Seven homes closed escrow during the month of May.  Home sizes ranged from 1284 SqFt to 5402 SqFt. This is one more than than what we saw in April.  Those homes ranged from 2105 to 3626 SqFt.

 

There are curently 9 houses available for sale with an additional 13 homes currently under contract in the neighborhood.  And, just as a fun fact, 29 homes have sold in the neighborhood so far this year.

Hastings Farms is a beautiful neighborhood of single family homes that sits near the base of the San Tan Mountains in the Town of Queen Creek. It is located close to shopping and is just minutes from the San Tan Loop 202 freeway. Hastings Farms is located off of Ellsworth Road, between Chandler Heights and Cloud Roads in Queen Creek. There are 5 distinct neighborhoods (Cresleigh, The Preserves, The Villas, The Manors and The Estates) within the development with 3 separate builders.
