Kim, nice job getting the word out about how affordable your Colorado Springs real estate market is and yet within an hour's drive to the less affordable Denver real estate market!

I think your beautiful views, and the proximity to the Air Force Academy and Pikes Peak have a lot to do with why Colorado Springs is such a wonderful place to call home.

We have been enjoying  wonderfully dry and moderate temps  with sunny days here in West Lafayette.

Thank you so much, Bruce Walter. You're spot on with that analysis. Colorado Springs is perfectly situated along the front range Rocky Mountains. Its a jaw-dropping "wow" Pikes Peak view when you drive down from Denver and come over Monument hill. There's nothing quite like it. We're in full swing of tourist season, so now's the time to take a little trip - we love visitors, they often turn into buyers! Glad to hear life is good in West Lafayette as well. Have a wonderful weekend, my friend.

I moved here 2 yers ago and I am absolutely amazed at the change in just this short time where real estate is concerned! After living in Augusta, GA for 22 years, I can certainly understand why people flock to Colorado Springs!  Don't get me wrong, I love the South, and Charleston is one of my favorite places too, but you can't beat the weather and friendly people of this great city! I'm so glad I helped the Springs grow!!
