May 2017 was a hot month for Clermont FL with single family home sales.

Homes that are priced under $250,000 are selling fast, most with multiple offers within three days of coming on the market. If you are a home buyer looking for an affordable home, do not take time to sleep on it. Guess what? Savvy buyers are writing clean offers, some with no contingencies. It's challenging to compete with cash buyers who are not only offering more than asking but with no contingencies and working with the sellers on the closing dates. -Average sale price $251,304

When compared to 2016, Clermont FL home prices have increased while the number of sales declined. Inventory of homes that are priced under $250,000 is low with a high demand.
