June 2017 begins with an interesting shift in the Glacier View Meadows real estate market, in Livermore Colorado.
The majority of the homes available for sale today are very well appointed, higher end custom homes. Some have outstanding snowcapped mountain views, some a large barn, a 4 car garage or a large workshop with loft. This is a great opportunity for those discerning buyers who have been looking for a high-end mountain home near Fort Collins. Until now, only a few were available in Glacier View.

Only 45-50 minutes from midtown Fort Collins, Glacier View Meadows provides a little extra elbow room, with small acreage lots, far away from the daily hustle and bustle. The commute to/from Fort Collins is an easy one via Hwy 287. Commuters, telecommuters and many retirees make Glacier View their home.
