Back in November 2016, I wrote about what's in store for Rancharrah Reno. Reno Land Development purchased the historic estate in October 2015. They wanted to keep part of the property for its original intended uses. Retail, commercial and residential development was scheduled for the rest. In just a few days, Rancharrah Reno opens to the public. You won't want to miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see a true Reno treasure.

Being a Part of Rancharrah Reno
The Harrah family owned Rancharrah for almost 60 years until the Reno Land Development bought it in 2015. They plan on keeping the 52,000 square foot equestrian center just as the Harrah family originally intended it. The information pavilion that RLD set up in November 2016 stays intact as well. This 7000 square foot structure documents the site's grand history as well as the Harrah family's influence on Reno itself.
Now, you can be a part of Rancharrah Reno. At the grand opening event, a few one-quarter to one-half acre lots will be released for sale. Purchase a lot of your own to build your dream home in the future. Representatives will be available on-site all day long to help you out. Also, talk to them about the master senior living community called Senior Rancharrah while you're there. Construction is currently underway.
