4. Maintain the Relationship After Closing
Maintaining a relationship after closing is one of the most commonly missed aspects of gaining referral leads. Be sure to check in after the new homeowners are all moved in and offer practical advice and helpful referrals if needed. As new homeowners, it's likely that they are going to need access to landscapers, plumbers and many other home maintenance companies that you've likely already worked with in your real estate career.

Let's face it, we all love gifts. Giving your clients a unique and thoughtful closing gift is a fantastic way to make a lasting impression.
