We have three cities in SC that have had over a 30% growth. Monocks Corner, Bluffton and Greenville continue to grow at astonishing rats.

Every day business are opening, expanding and moving to Chareston. We have 3 different large industrial areas filling up fast. Volvo is building ahugh plant on the outside of Charleston. This is bringing in more companies that will service the plant.
Our Port seems to be growing daily. This has put a little unwanted traffic on our roadways. Yet, it keeps our economy strong.
Tourist are flooding in to our beautiful historic city. Hotels, restaurants and vaction rentals are everywhere. Plans to build more are already in process.
We are not going to slow down anytime soon.
