Anyone heard of Legacy 1 or W.E.I.?

I have a client who is working with a company called Legacy 1 in Springfield, Missouri. They teach classes on how to buy real estate and make a profit when you sell. They teach you how to make offers and work with banks and individual home owners who are motivated to sell. Just wondering if anyone is familiar with this company. Thanks for any information.
