Just a quick note about a new community in Naples and a personal favorite for homes under 1 million. Winding Cypress is a new development offered by DiVosta and is located off 951 in Southeast Naples.  Winding Cypress is nestled among 1100 acres in total including homes ites while preserving 800 acres for the natural lakes and preserves. Winding Cypress offers a variety of floor plans starting around 1650 sq ft to over 3,000 square feet (with optional loft).  There is also a limited number of attached villas in the community that are 2 bed with flex room with an open and spacious 1542 sq ft layout.  The community feels as if you are outside the city as you drive the communities winding roads while surrounded by nature.

The lifestyle offered at Winding Cypress is vibrant with a resort pool, fitness center, movement studio, tennis, and pickle ball.  The community also serves light food and adult cocktails which is very unique to find in a non-golf or non-country club community!  Pet owners also have the convenience of a dog park and cycling enthusiasts will find convenient trails within the community and just outside the community for miles of scenic exercise.
