What they are NOT saying is very telling

June 6, 1944, D Day in Normandy.  Many brave men died, many wounded.  Let us never forget them.

Let's go to June 6, 2017.  What did you see in your local newspaper?  What did you see on the internet?  What media do you follow?  Did they mention the brave men who died there 73 years ago.  Did they write ANYTHING about D Day?

If you read anything about D Day's brave men who died or were wounded there on the Washington Post  please comment with a link because I did not.

I did read an article about the Higgins landing craft from the Washington Post but that was posted at 2 PM.  I wonder if that was because they were shamed into it, but still nothing about the men who stormed the beaches into a hail of bullets from the Germans.
