I live just across some farmland from this development so I've been meaning to do a little bit of research on it.  I have watched it as it went from land to city development signs and meetings being set up to the beginning of the engineering, to watching land being moved, utilities being put in and roads being paved. It is just about at completion.

Table Meadows is a new development still in process which is south of Nampa at the corner of Lewis Lane and Powerline.  It is adjacent to two charter schools, Liberty & Victory.  The website does not yet advertise lot prices, though the sign at the front of the development states that they start at $75,000. They are not quite ready to be built as of today, June 7th 2017, but according to the website they are taking lot reservations. It's going to be a subdivision of larger lots, at or just under 1/2 acre. The developer has put in sewer and water from City of Nampa and will have irrigation available.  According to the site, the homes will be required to be a minimum of 1800 sq.ft. and the subdivision allows & accommodates for large custom homes, shops and/or RV parking. There are a couple of builders who already have options on lots or you may be able to choose a lot & bring your own builder.

South Nampa is a lovely place to live.  We are close to the Snake River and outdoor recreation such as Lake LowellWilson Ponds and the Nampa Greenbelt.  This area of Nampa feels (and really is) "out of town" yet it is 5 minutes from shopping and city amenities.

Photos I took of the development today.  Roads are in and it's well on it's way.

If you are interesting in living just out of town but not giving up everything that city life has to offer; if you would enjoy a subdivision but still want some space, a large lot and a place to store your RV and toys, give us a call. We can help you navigate the building process either in this location or we can help you find another. We do not represent the builders or the developer, so our goal is to work with you and in your best interest.

The development is and will be marketed by Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group
