The resurgence of all cash buyers, investors, and people upgrading or downsizing has created an inventory shortage in most areas. CO Springs and Denver are once again ranked in the top 20 of the hottest real estate markets in the nation. CO Springs is ranked as the 6th hottest market, and Denver is ranked as the 17th hottest market.
