Opportunity is knocking.


Here's a little caveat. My greatest success has been setting the stage to show work is in progress, then giving folks the opportunity to come in after signing 'Hold Harmless' legal forms. (always get good contact info) and this really stimulates the buyers perception of getting a deal through this advantage created.
