A friend has 1500 lots in Arkansas she needs to sell quickly, they were part of a divorce settlement. See below comments from her broker sent to me. The lots were selling for $15,000-25,000 and how much they are discounted. I thought you might be interested or know someone else.
Sorry I took so long to get back to you. I attached a document that had been advertising an old promotion for us, it does contain a lot of information about each property but is probably similar to what you saw on the website.
You can sell properties in either of these communities, your cost will be $4000 per lot and it won't include the lakefront lots. I also attached a map of Mountain Valley Lakes, by increasing the % at the top of the map you can get a good look at the properties, especially around the lake. Many of those are still available, your cost would be $17,000 per lot and you can add your commission/profit on top of that. We also have one lakefront lot left in Fairfield Bay that you can sell for the same price. Your clients may also be interested in golf lots, we have a few left in Fairfield Bay and your cost would be $12,000 each on those.
We have plat maps and community maps here in the office that will show the size of the lots and their location in the community.
