What's the Neighborhood Like?
The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Lake Castleberry Neighborhood are generally 
going to range between 3000 and 5000 square feet. These homes are built by Cal Atlantic and some are being built as specs. There are two collections of homes being marketed in the neighborhood. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with four bedrooms while the larger floor plans have a five bedroom layout with some models putting the master bedroom on the main floor. Most of the lots range between 1/3 acre and a 1/2 acre so there is plenty of room for people to get out and enjoy the beautiful lake in the community and the amenities.
