Yesterday was one of those days. I kept trying to think of a topic to write about here on Activerain, after all, I'm in the June "Cloudburst" contest where we have to write a minimum of 25 blogs. All of a sudden I'm falling behind,
WHY?
Because I am involved in several tricky negotiations for listings and trying to close with another one that seems like I am pulling teeth to get it all put together.
Plus just got an offer in last night and needed to put in several hours getting everyone informed. That reminds me, I need to get back to it just as soon as I've dashed off this blog.
That doesn't mean that this blog is not thought out!
No, this is the way a day or more can go for a real estate professional.
We have so much information out there both for buyers, sellers, and the general public that when the stars align, BOOM we get overwhelmed.
SO WE NEED TO KNOW HOW TO HANDLE IT.
I'm a very organized person and can prioritize well and am doing so now.
WHAT I DON'T DO IS GET SIDETRACKED - WELL, NOT MUCH.
Oh, and why can't I write about any of this yet?
NOT UNTIL I HAVE SIGNED LISTING AGREEMENTS AND, FOR OTHERS, WHEN ESCROW CLOSES.
No client likes to be talked about here because, yes, my clients read this blog.
And I'm so glad you do, clients, because I want you to know that I'm out here working for you at all times of the day or evening - whenever is necessary.
