Septic System Deal Breaker?

I recently had an inspection cancelled because my client learned that the listing information was incorrect and the property was right on the boundry with the municipality. In this case it was just outside in the rural district and on septic. This was enough for this buyer to walk away from making an offer.

Just goes to show that accuracy is important with the listing info, especially for a first time buyer who may be anxious to begin with and any new issue may appear to be a "show stopper".
