It intrigues me enough when there's money left on the table in any real estate transaction but when it's all up to you and fail to perform there's no one left to blame.

I don't play all the time but I will cough up a couple bucks for Mega Millions or a Power Ball ticket when the jackpot is HUGE. Almost everyone has some type of $5.00 a day habit and it beats smoking any day.
Further North in St. Augustine there's another Fantasy 5 ticket expiring on the 12th of July for $227,000. I would hate to find out that my numbers came in for that win on the 13th, how unlucky is that?
